In 2019 we launched our Social Mobility Programme.
This is a programme of integrated projects providing continuous support to young people over a period of 18 years- from the ages of 4 to 22.
At every stage, the support that we provide is affordable, accessible and targeted primarily at children and young people currently experiencing the most disadvantage.
Beginning aged 4, offering long-term support, helping to manage the transition from primary to secondary school
For ages 7 to 11, tuition designed for children to excel at school
For ages 8 to 16, help with school-work, primarily in literacy and numeracy, help with GCSEs, A-Levels and university entrance exams
Vocational Work Placements
For ages 12 to 16, work placements, training and apprenticeships, with local employers and international companies
After-School Youth Clubs
For ages 13 to 19, after-school activities, sport, debates, trips, talks
For ages 16-22, help finding work, specialising in accountancy and finance
The purpose of our tuition school is to help children from our local community improve their confidence and achieve their full potential.
We teach Maths, English and Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, and employ qualified tutors and graduate teaching assistants.
4-22 Foundation will continue to support these children over a 15 year period- helping them achieve excellent GCSE and A Level results, enter good universities and finally help them gain employment in their chosen field.
The school is free of charge.
