Rex Bourne
Co-Founder and Chair
Rex has worked with young people for all of his adult life. He was a School Governor for 36 years, 28 of these in Enfield, taking the role of Chair for 5 years and as co-leader of Sunday Clubs for 24 years.
Rex worked as a Senior Manager in Advertising Sales for many years before becoming a Non-Executive Director of Enfield Primary Care Trust for 6 years. He continues to work freelance for NHS England,
Rex was a Trustee of the Old Enfield Charitable Trust. He was also a special trustee of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital for 10 years and for 8 years as Chair of Southgate Opera. Rex also chaired Pyramid Health and Social Care Association, a Tottenham-based community charity for 7 years. Rex is passionate about helping young people from disadvantaged areas.
In 2014, Rex co-led with councillors from both sides a successful campaign to build a £5.5m Doctors' Surgery, Dental Surgery and Library within a deprived area of Enfield Borough.
Currently, he holds the positions of Chair of 4-22 Foundation, Chair of Parity, Vice-Chair of Aldeburgh Probus, and Programme Manager for Aldeburgh Phoenix club and has just been elected as a Church Warden.
Gavin Jackson
Programme Manager, Co-Founder and a Director of 4-22 Foundation
Specialising in strategy and programme management for the not-for-profit sector, Gavin has worked for Christian Aid, The Children’s Society, The Brokerage City Link and Saana Consulting.

As 4-22 Foundation’s Programme Manager, Gavin is responsible for leading on programme management, business development, project delivery and operations.
​
In 2021-22, 4-22 Foundation will work in partnership with Department for Work and Pensions, Enfield Council, The Mayor of London, City Bridge Trust, The National Lottery, Heron Hall Academy, and St Paul’s & All Hallows Junior School, to ensure that our vision continues to support as many young people as possible.
Sam Simon
Co-Founder and Director of 4-22 Foundation
Sam is a Chartered Management Accountant, the Founder and Managing Partner of Tally Accountants.

He has previously chaired Westminster Citizens Advice Bureau and was Financial Director of Age UK Southwark and Lewisham. Prior to that, Sam was a Financial Director for several publicly-listed companies in Advertising and Marketing. His clients as an Accountant have included Queen and Fuse ODG.
​
Sam is passionate about helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds to become socially mobile. His Accountancy and Employability Training Programme has helped over 60 young BAME graduates find work with leading firms in financial services.
Chilima Sianyeuka
Director of 4-22 Foundation
Chilima has worked within the education sector for over 10 years. She has a background rich in volunteering and working with diverse groups of people. Her expertise includes mental health, coaching, working with teams and leadership. Chilima is currently Head of Student Support and Wellbeing at a world leading London university.

Chilima is passionate about supporting people to be the best version of themselves whilst creating an inclusive society where all people have opportunities to be successful.
Vivian Wood
Director of 4-22 Foundation
Vivian’s background is in Healthcare. She originally qualified as a radiographer and later moved into a range of senior management roles. She was Director of Corporate Affairs for a London PCT before moving into a range of Programme Director roles in various NHS Trusts, where she worked with Boards as they took their organisations through significant change.

Vivian has an MBA from the University of London, is a qualified coach and a Master Practitioner of NLP.
Since leaving full-time employment, Vivian currently has a portfolio of roles with not for profit organisations as well as working as an independent executive coach and mentor.
James Norwood
Director of 4-22 Foundation
Following a seven year career in the Royal Navy in which he became a navigation officer, James entered the commercial world in 2008. He has spent the last 15 years working at C-Suite level in SME’s through to Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 businesses operating within the infrastructure, defence, marine and energy sectors. Although not an engineer himself, James is passionate about providing STEM opportunities to the next generation, to ensure that our engineering communities flourish for the future and sees 4-22 Foundation as an excellent platform to achieve this.

James holds a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Business and Law from the University of Plymouth, an MBA from Imperial College London and a Masters in International Corporate and Commercial Law from Kings College London. James lives in Windsor with his partner Eleanor and in his spare time he enjoys gardening, walking and sailing.
ZOE BEKETOVA
Programme Development Officer
Zoe is the Programme Development Officer at 4-22 Foundation. She started out as a tutor with the for the Foundation at St Paul's & All Hallows school in 2021, and has now transitioned to this role since September 2023.

Zoe recently graduated from University College London (UCL) with a First Class Honours degree in Human Sciences. She is now studying for a Master's degree in Developmental Neuroscience between University College London (UCL) and Yale University. Zoe is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of children and young people.
