4-22 Foundation is a UK not-for-profit organization founded in 2019. We offer continuous and integrated long-term support to young people through every stage of their childhood, from the ages of 4 to 22. Based in Tottenham, in the London borough of Haringey, we focus on those most at risk of disadvantage.

We offer safe and supportive opportunities where young people can raise and then achieve their aspirations.
​
We are tremendously excited at the enormous potential that our programme and partnerships possess for improving the lives of young people.

We nurture the inspiration and motivation of our young beneficiaries, helping them to achieve the most that they can. When inspired and motivated, they are then able to seek out and take advantage of every positive opportunity and experience that comes their way. Our team of trustees, staff and volunteers each strives to foster a shared culture and example of inspiration and motivation.

Our Programme
We offer an interlinked and holistic series of projects including tutoring, academic support, career pathway workshops, STEM provision, work placements, internships and employability support into paid work
Our Partners
We are proud to partner with schools, service providers, statutory agencies, corporations, trusts and healthcare professionals to reach those young people most in need of our opportunities and our long-term support.
